## Introduction

Speedboat is a utilitarian bot simply to improve the general QoL for server admins and members. By interacting with Speedboat or inviting it to your server you agree to these terms of service.

## Acceptance of Terms

All users interacting with Speedboat must abide by Discord's own Terms of Service and community guidelines. Speedboat complies with both.

## User Conduct & Restriction

* No illegal, abusive or malicious activities
* No spamming, harrassment or exploitation of Speedboat 
* No use of Speedboat to violate and Discord guidelines
* No use of Speedboat to generate NSFW content

Speedboat is provided as-is without guarantees of uptime, security or functionality. The developers of Speedboat are not responsibile for damages, data loss or misuse. Use Speedboat at your own risk.
